During our recent stay at 100 Sunset Kuta Hotel & Ballroom, we were impressed with the outstanding service. One evening, we needed to withdraw cash from an ATM located across a busy road. The hotel staff went above and beyond by offering to accompany us across the road, ensuring our safety. This level of assistance was beyond our expectations and truly made us feel cared for.
Despite the slight inconvenience of the blocked shower head and slightly warm air-conditioning, the overall experience at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were kept clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep.

Breakfast is good, service is helpful, the venue is close to Swiss Consulate. All of hotel's staff are friendly. Krisna oleh was indeed 20 minutes walk from the venue. Sunset Road is a district that deserves exploring.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money at this hotel. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the modern and clean rooms. The attention to detail was evident in the comfy bed, rain-head showers, and abundance of bathroom amenities. The staff were friendly and provided fantastic service, always smiling and ready to help with recommendations. The location was ideal, being midway between where I had a dental appointment and the airport, and close to both the beach and various entertainment options.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

The hotel had a convenient location and was easy to find. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony with a great view of the surroundings.
The bedroom was not clean and tidy, the sheets had stains and the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. the room had mosquitoes and there was no mosquito net provided, so it was difficult to sleep.
